Since our establishment, our approach has been combining excellence in graphic design with marketing, communication and imagineering strategies. This brings our clients creativity and attention to every detail they will not get from large communication agencies, together with the know-how not provided by small graphic design studios. A service that was missing at the time. This is why we called ourselves: the Missing Element.

We are a deliberately smaller, experienced team with a hundred percent dedication and focus on our clients and their needs, assuring meticulous quality and unrivalled craftsmanship. Instead of expansion and a huge number of clients, we are hungry for making extraordinary design for projects, which are making a difference in this world.

Many years of experience in the private sector helps us bring the originality, boldness and creativity that is usually seen in for-profit organisations into the public sector. Even though we create projects all over the world, we never forget where we come from and pay back to our community. During the entire 25 years of our existence, we have brought into being many local pro bono projects in the field of art, culture and education.

Moreover, we are happy to pass our knowledge on to young talents. Our Senior Creative Director and our Art Director teach visual communication at prestigious universities of Art and Architecture in the Czech Republic. We also offer internships to help kick-start the careers of promising future designers.
